House Rules

Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. Please wash any used dishes and put any used towels in the laundry bin located in the closet. No need to strip the bedding or take the garbage out.

The bungalow has a dedicated driveway available to park as well as ample street parking. The neighborhood is convenient to downtown, PBI airport, all local attractions, and beaches. Each guest will receive a unique access code to enter the bungalow upon checkin time.

The place is amazing. Great spot to come with a partner for a couple days. Would easily stay there again. Adam is very easy to get into contact with and was a very gracious host. Only good things to say!

Adam’s place was great! The outdoor space is amazing it feels so tropical 🌴 and the hot tub is great! Love it! The inside was cute and cozy! It’s exactly as Adam described. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the AC keeps the room CHILLY! 🧊 I loved staying here. Great place with a great host! Adam goes out of his way to give you recommendations based on what’s going on locally & did not guide us wrong. Adam, thanks for a great stay! Can’t wait to come back.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed a hot tub in the evening and even got to pick a starfruit that fell of their fruit tree! Ate our breakfast In the minimalistic kitchen and sat on the hammock to read in the morning. This was a beautiful place and made me want to renovate my Florida home to be more like this place! So relaxing.

There is a dedicated parking spot as well as free street parking. Uber rides are another convenient option to access everything you need as well. There is a great Publix only a few blocks away.
