Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
Please wash any used dishes and put any used towels in the laundry bin located in the closet. No need to strip the bedding or take the garbage out.

The bungalow has a dedicated driveway available to park as well as ample street parking. The neighborhood is convenient to downtown, PBI airport, all local attractions, and beaches. Each guest will receive a unique access code to enter the bungalow upon checkin time.

Loved our quick stay at Adam's place. It was just what we needed, super close to the event that I had planned for the evening and Adam was very helpful to answer all of my questions. Everything was nice and clean and I would highly recommend staying!!

My wife and I drove up to Palm Beach for a golf staycation, and we decided to try and find a place to crash for the night. The Pineapple Bungalow couldn't have been more perfect for our needs! The backyard is beautiful and peaceful (shout out to whoever did the landscaping), and the putting green was a nice "on-brand" touch for the weekend we were having. The cottage is small, but perfect for a night or two, and it was squeaky clean. Also, you're within a few minutes of all the main attractions in the area. Cheers, Adam & Jonathan!

Wonderful stay!!! The bungalow is so cozy and has good space, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard hot tub and grill were amazing amenities which we made use of. 10 minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants near by. Our host was very responsive and proactive. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for me and my partners anniversary. It was perfect for the two of us and had plenty of activities in the backyard that we got to enjoy and spend a night in with. Would definitely come back and enjoy West Palm Beach here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and down town. Adam was very responsive and gave us great local recommendations! The house was gorgeous and we enjoyed lounging in the hot tub and backyard area. We would definitely stay here again, very happy with our time here!
