The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen, providing all the comforts of home in a tropical setting. Enjoy the Florida sunshine in style!
Good to know
Pool heating is available for $25/day and is recommended for winter months. (Pool heat must be requested for entire stay at least one day before checkin to ensure heating time). The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living space is open and comfortable with a large sectional, fully stocked kitchen, brand new laundry, and picturesque dining room with full wall glass sliding doors out to the pool deck. The home offers 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 3 Smart FireTVs, high speed internet and a dedicated desk work station. The backyard features an outdoor dining table for 8, gas Weber grill, pool lounge chairs, and additional Adirondack seating all set on top of our new gorgeous blue marble pool deck. Enjoy the pool deck during the day and into the evening with bistro lighting throughout the entire backyard.

Our pool guy has access to the backyard twice a week for regularly scheduled maintenance and testing of the water. Our landscapers access the property once a week to maintain the green space.
